In Psychology, a paradigm shift is a sudden change in a belief system. I once experienced such a change under desperate circumstances.
During our years in the Middle East, we learned that Muslims know the ‘evil eye’ is real, although they think they can protect themselves with superstitious behaviors.
In my early years as a Christian and as a licensed professional counselor, I comletely believed that all demons lived in Africa and Asia—until one day during a counseling session, I suddenly found myself staring into eyes FULL of intense, dark, malevolent EVIL, ten inches from my face, with this counselee’s hands around my throat.
At that instant I KNEW demons are real in America, too. The Lord clearly taught me, soon afterwards that He’d given us full authority over them and we are not to fear them. (In fact, they're rather stupid creatures, with NO comprehension of love and full of arrogance.)
May I ask for two or three minutes of your time, please, to read a review of a well-balanced new book teaching believers how to conquer the enemies of our souls?
